POWERS AND ABILITIES

Strength Level: Viktor's strength increases with the electrical power he absorbs, but he needs proper leverage to lift/press really heavy weights.
Known superhuman powers: Viktor has the ability to generate, absorb and utilize electricity for various effects. He can accumulate energy to give himself strength, act as a living battery, make pieces of specific metals magnetic, send electric pulses through his targets etc. He's immune to the long time effects of electro-magnetic radiaton. He's also able to manipulate plasma to a certain degree.
Weaknesses: He can't throw lightning at specific targets through thin air, as he needs a conduit to lead the voltage through. Proper insulation can keep his electric attacks at bay. He's also a smoker, so sometimes his nicotine addiction can make him cranky.
Abilities/Special skills: Skilled in video games and creating comics.
Weapons: Wrist tazers to strike his enemies on a distance.

BIO

Personality: Viktor has a golden heart, but a realistic world view. Even though he takes payment for the more serious jobs as a law enforcer, he is not above doing it for free when the situation calls for it. Easily irritated on small things, and wants an easy solution to his problems as soon as possible. Not overly intelligent.
Personal interests: Comics, video games, movies, Internet, art, etc.
History: Viktor was born and had a pretty normal childhood until his father died when he was 8. He has also been diagnosed with the Fragile X syndrome, also known as Martin Bell - syndrome.

When he was 19 years old, Viktor discovered that he was a mutant, a human born with a genetic trait resulting in superhuman abilities, while changing a lightbulb in his apartment. He accidentally absorbed vast ammounts of electricity into himself from the socket, and was astounded at the discovery of his abilities.

Although this discovery came at a literary heavy price. A few weeks later, Viktor recieved a humongous electrical bill, and had to think of something to pay off his debt.

Viktor concluded to use his abilities as a superpowered law enforcer for hire, accepting only cash payments from those who hired him. When his debt was paid, however, Viktor realized that he enjoyed his new life, and has continued with the superhero business since then.

Now, with seven years of experience under his belt, Viktor is thrilled to enter the 1 Dollar Tournament for a good time of roughhousing. And if he plays his cards right, he might score the big cash price for the top fighter...
