Weaknesses: As a non-powered human, Bumper often finds himself out of his depth when dealing with superhuman threats. He's also not an athlete and thus has poor stamina. While he's a skilled driver, he absolutely refuses to put his baby (pictured) in danger.

Abilities/Special Skills: Absolutely unparalleled when it comes to driving a car. If it has wheels, he can figure it out. And don't let that girth fool you, most of it is muscle that he knows how to use.

Weapons/Equipment: Just his fists, most of the time. But if you harm his car, he'll grab whatever part you just broke off and deal out some swift vengeance with it.

Personality: Laidback. He loves good food. As he's never really had a house ever since making his car his home, he gets spooked and mildly weirded out whenever he steps into a building.

History: Orphaned at a young age, Raymond grew up in a car shop, earning the nickname "Bumper". Getting a job as a taxi driver not too long after earning his driver's license, he eventually gained enough money to buy the car of his dreams. It wasn't much and all his income went to food, gas and maintenance of his beloved vehicle, but it was a living that he could manage.

That was when he first met the masked hero known as the Fedora and saved his life from a couple of gangsters. Grateful for his help, the Fedora and Bumper became inseparable partners from then on out.

Raymond eventually found himself acting as a private taxi for other mystery men, including the vastly powerful Emerald (It's theorized that it's thanks to him that he painted his taxi green, but nothing has been confirmed). His reputation grew as a fearless yet careful taxi driver, and business was good.

Raymond played a part in the foundation of the Victory Society in 1940, as he was the chauffeur of the members that had a long way to travel to the initial dinner meeting. This earned him honorary membership.

Raymond eventually founded his own taxi company, yet hadn't forgotten his roots. He still dressed as if he was dirt-poor and donated his paychecks to charity, all while still picking up passengers in his trusty green car for a small fee.

He went missing in 2008 and hasn't been seen since...
