Abilities/Special Skills: His wide variety of gas pellets suggests an intricate knowledge of chemistry. Also skilled at regular old rough-housing.

Weapons/Equipment: Gasmask's main weapon is his gas gun. That is to say, it doesn't shoot gas, but rather uses hydraulic pressure to launch gas pellets from a distance. These pellets are filled with different gases ranging from chlorine to nitrous oxide. In layman's terms, each gas pellet is made for different purposes. There's sleeping gas, smoke bombs, tear gas, stink bombs...

The gasmask naturally provides limited defense against toxic fumes. His suit is completely sealed and he has an external oxygen supply which allows him to survive in harsh environments and even underwater for a while. However, as oxygen turns toxic under high pressure, he can only dive to a certain depth to avoid suffocating.

Personality: Has no concerns about using lethal gas against the worst kind of criminals and tends to stick to himself, but he has a soft side.

History: Little is known about Gasmask's backstory, but his equipment suggests a background as a scientist.

Gasmask first joined the hero scene in July 1939. He became one of the founding members of the Victory Society in 1940 and remained until the group disbanded in 1951.

He picked up his partner Gassy in December 1941 and  also developed life-long friendships with the Fedora and the Tophat.

Has been seen less and less frequently since 1996 and went missing in 2008.
